Our Napa trip with Uncorked Encounters was such a wonderful experience. Each day was planned perfectly and each destination was chosen with care. We learned a lot and had so much fun! (Plus, it was so nice to have every detail thoughtfully considered and taken care of by Debbie) It was certainly a trip we will never forget. Can’t wait for the next one!

Debbie is an amazing vacation and event planner! You always feel like a VIP when on a trip She has planned with so many special details and fun surprises! Because of her knowledge and familiarity with the wineries, she was able to get us on some extraordinary tours behind the scenes. We did fabulous food and wine pairings, we blended our own bottle of wine and then had a wine tasting with our "creations" when we returned from our trip. Hot Air Balloon ride with a champagne breakfast, no problem. Debbie seamlessly makes all the arrangements geared to her clients' personal tastes. Our three trips were flawless! Our trip to Napa was spectacular. The itinerary was perfectly coordinated to include wine and fabulous views at sunset, a hot air balloon ride over the wineries at sunrise and an incredible cooking class at The Culinary Institute. The detail and experienced coordination in our itinerary made our trip perfect.

We highly recommend Uncorked Encounters for a trip to wine country. The Sonoma/Napa area can be overwhelming with so many options. Debbie and her team mapped out every detail for us and we experienced things we wouldn’t have found without them. Private tastings, making our own wine, amazing meals, first class lodging, and exploring some of the most beautiful vineyards are just a few of the awesome experiences we enjoyed. We had visited the area once before, but with Uncorked Encounters, we found treasures we would never have found on our own!
